HD3D - Môi trường trực quan chỉ có ở phiên bản NX7 cho phép làm việc với bất kỳ loại dữ liệu PLM nào.
Những nét nổi bật của Unigraphics NX:
1) Là một phần mềm dựa trên nền kernel Parasolid. Dữ liệu xử lý rất nhẹ nếu so với Kernel chế biến lại từ ACIS của CATIA.
2) Thiết kế trên cơ sở FBD ( Feature base Design) hỗ tương giữa Surface và Solid.
3) Hỗ trợ Direct Modelling: Một điểm khác biệt rất quan trọng khiến UG hơn hẳn CATIA và các phần mềm CAD khác đó là UG hỗ trợ thiết kế trực tiếp (Direct Modeling), người thiết kế không cần phải từng chút từng chút một phải dùng sketch để vẽ, nên quy trình thiết kế bằng UG rất nhanh. Nếu ở CATIA muốn vẽ tiếp sketch từ một cái đã có sẵn thì người thiết kế phải qua quy trình Publication rất mất thời gian , với UG thì người thiết kế có thể tự do tự tại dùng cái đã có sẵn để vẽ tiếp. Ngoài ra Direct Modelling cũng cho phép người thiết sửa chửa lại dữ liệu đã có sẵn từ nguồn file trung gian...
Hướng dẫn cài đặt NX:
-. sau khi giải nén bạn được một file ISO dung lượng 1.46 GB có thể ghi ra DVD để cài đặt hoặc dùng chương trình tạo ổ đĩa ảo để mở.
Phần mềm này đã được cài đặt thành công! quá trình crak cần phải chính xác:
1. Copy and paste the file nx7.lic found in the MAGNiTUDE folder on the disk.
2. Open this file with Notepad and edit the 1st line, replace "this_host" with the name of your team or computer name, save changes and close it.
3. Install UGSLicensing, directing nx7.lic previously modified file when requested.
4. Install NX 7.0.
5. Copy and paste the 4 folders on MAGNiTUDE in C:\Program Files\UGS\NX 7.0.
6. Go to C:\Program Files\UGS\NX 7.0\UGFLEXLM and run LMTools. Configure the "Flexlm Service 1" with the following information:
Service Name: Flexlm Service 1
Path to the lmgrd.exe file: "C:\Program Files\UGS\NX 7.0\UGFLEXLM\lmgrd.exe"
Path to the license file: "C:\Program Files\NX7\nx7.lic"
Path to the debug log file: "C:\Program Files\UGS\UGSLicensing\ugslicensing.log"
Upon completion of the service click "Save Service" and close the LMTools.
7. Right click on My Computer and go to Properties\Advanced\Environment Variables and in the 2nd box called System Variables, check if There is a variable of this type: UGS_LICENSE_SERVER. If so, eliminate them.
Then create a new one as follows:
Variable Name: UGS_LICENSE_SERVER
Variable value: 28000 @ (name of your team)
* Note: The name of your team is without the parentheses.
Upon completion click OK.
8. Open as Administrator LMTools from Menu Start\UGS NX 7.0\NX Licensing Tools.
In the tab Service/License File, select Configuration using services Flexlm
Service 1.
Then go to the tab Start/Stop/Reread and click the Stop Server (if it appears Unable to
Stop, select the "Force Server Shutdown" and repeat this last step.
Back to tab Service/License File and select Configuration using License File Browse and
locate the file NX7 amended at the beginning.
Back to Select Configuration using services and we go to the tab Start/Stop/ Reread and we
click Start Server.
It must appear... Finding License Server and finished a few seconds says Start Successfully!.
9. Restart your computer and you're ready.
